JOB SUMMARY: Maintain the day-to-day operations and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the propertyResponsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.Responsible for resolving Break Downs or malfunctionsManage for maintenance technicians' activities for quality and performanceWork within maintenance expense limits established.Schedule and complete the "Preventative Maintenance Program".Coordinate special projects as directed by the project Manager.Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.Monitor and maintain all building & Utilities as assigned.Responsible for alerting the Maintenance Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company & local guidelines.Sustain good GMP level & 5S for maintenance workshopEnsure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Guidebook.KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:.Maintenance Senior Technician is accountable to implement all specific Safety Standards related to his areas.Implement and monitor procedures and process monitoring activities in line with Company's and site quality and safety & Environment requirements.Leading, Executing and Documenting Daily / Periodically ChecklistsResponsible for Implementing, Updating and Execution of Plant Maintenance Master PlanFollow up and executing corrective and preventive maintenance.Plant Maintenance SAP experienceSupport in Planning / Issuing Daily Work Orders for Shift TechniciansManage team resources to ensure associates' development, facilitate team learning and communication and ensure compliance to Company and local regulations.Comply with ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 through any Process or Document over the Plant Production Facilities.Monitor Machine History & Scorecards and update Maintenance Strategy & Master Plan accordinglyEnsure high level of Technical Communication and Handover is maintained between Operation and Maintenance TeamsResponsible for Implementing a Safe Environment for both Equipment and Associates and 100% Closure for all Safety Near Misses over the Plant Production Facilities and UtilitiesSupport Site Projects Team during Design, Installation and Commissioning Phases for any New ProjectResponsible for Dealing and Supervising Activities carried out through External ContractorsIncrease system efficiency using Operational Excellence.Direct and coordinate maintenance activities conducted by the maintenance technicians in each of the manufacturing areas, focused on maintenance and process improvement.Monitor safety, security and environmental on the plant floor in order to ensure maintenance activities that impact these critical areas are prioritized and appropriately dealt with, and, as a result, there is compliance with Company policies and regulations.Monitor / Improve the Spares Consumption over the Plant Production Facilities and UtilitiesCoordinate with the Store Keeper to update Spare Parts Specifications, min. & max. ValuesResponsible for Triggering and Suppling Technical Solutions for any Chronic IssuesEOHSEncourage appropriate positive attitudes towards EOHSApply relevant EOHS policy and proceduresActively participate in EOHS inspections, audits and risk assessment.Ensure all hazards and incidents are reported and investigated appropriately and suitable controls are implemented.Has the authority to stop any activity that violate the company EOSH management system.Participating in the Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) programFood SafetyFully committed to comply with the food safety policy and to the continuous improvement of the food safety system/framework.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Technical Diploma of Mechanical / Electrical2+ years' experience in Maintenance for Manufacturing Plant.
