As a technician with Sanofi you will provide leadership and support to operations teams to ensure appropriate standards are met.
You will execute planned maintenance and operational equipment setup to the highest standard.
The role will involve the development and implementation of improvement initiatives in all manufacturing operations.
Fill Finish is the department where product which treat rare conditions is filled and finished in a highly automated, sterile, controlled and regulated environment.
Please note this role has a 24/7shift pattern and is a fixed term contract role.
What you will do:
To carry out repair and Maintenance tasks of all Process, so as to achieve an acceptable level of production output in full compliance with Quality and Safety and cGMP StandardsInput of data into Maintenance PM System including the operation of such systemsWorking with one’s own initiative and assuming responsibility whenever the need arisesMay be required to train others on all equipment, Maintenance tasks, set up procedures and safety awarenessTo operate and maintain all equipment, so as to achieve an acceptable level of production outputComplete all duties as per relevant Sop’sAdhere to all relevant dress requirements with respect to cGMP’s and PPE rulesConduct all maintenance duties in a safe manner and report all safety issues or concernsMaintain the required standard of housekeeping in both the maintenance workshop/facilities areaEnsure all required documentation is completed accurately and on timeEnsure good time keeping and attendance at place of workSupport team in achieving team goals and targetsAttend Team meetings as requiredActively contribute to continuous improvements across the plantSupport and back up of all maintenance teams i.e. facilities and manufacturing when requiredEnsure correct and accurate communication of equipment issues/PMs/repairs including reporting of serious downtime (via email)About you:
To excel in this role, you will need to have:
Junior & Senior Trade’s Certificate or an equivalent third level qualificationAt least 5 years’ Experience working as a Maintenance Technician in a Multi-skilled Team environment2 years’ experience working as a Maintenance Technician in a pharmaceutical-manufacturing environmentPursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
