We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems through both preventive and corrective maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with pneumatics, welding, electrical systems, motors, sensors, and PLC troubleshooting.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems quickly and effectively.Execute welding and fabrication tasks to support equipment repairs and modifications.Maintain and troubleshoot motors, sensors, and pneumatic systems for optimal performance.Assist with PLC troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of automated systems.Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements.Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records.Essential SkillsStrong knowledge of preventive maintenance and manufacturing processes.Experience in mechatronics, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment.Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.Ability to work with pneumatics and perform PLC diagnostics.Preferred QualificationsExperience in maintenance, manufacturing, or related technical fields.Welding and fabrication experience.Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements.Why Join Us?Annual raises to reward your growth and contributions.Opportunity to work with advanced equipment and develop technical expertise.Work ScheduleTraining: First shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) until proficiency is achieved.Regular Schedule: Weekend shiftFriday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMSaturday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PMSunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMTotal Hours: 40 hours per week over four days.Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits
