Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and reactive maintenance on conveyor systems and production equipment, including wrappers, slicers, shredders, die cutters, spirals, and belts.

ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and reactive maintenance on conveyor systems and production equipment.Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, specifically 480v systems.Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on industrial equipment.Read and interpret blueprints to identify machine components.Work on industrial equipment such as conveyors, belts, wrappers, slicers, shredders, and die cutters.Understand and work with limit switches, including normally open, normally open held closed, normally closed, and normally closed held open configurations.Utilize Allen-Bradley PLCs and perform PLC troubleshooting.Essential Skills2+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair, specifically with 480v systems.2+ years of experience in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and identify machine components from them.2+ years of experience working on industrial equipment, including conveyors, belts, wrappers, slicers, shredders, and die cutters.2+ years of experience with limit switches and PLC troubleshooting.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with HMI or laptop hookup troubleshooting.Experience working in a food and beverage manufacturing plant.Additional schooling or certifications are a plus.Why Work Here?
