**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment used in ethanol production. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment that supplies major gas stations in the region. **Pay:** $30-$37/hr **Responsibilities** + Complete preventative and planned maintenance tasks. + Analyze mechanical failures immediately and perform repairs. + Execute ad-hoc mechanical jobs efficiently and professionally. + Maintain, repair, and, if necessary, convert machine parts and components. + Troubleshoot, disassemble, and repair plant equipment such as pumps, heat exchangers, slides, spouts, vehicles, blowers, compressors, and fans. + Make necessary adjustments to equipment to maintain specified parameters including alignment, balancing, vibration analysis, and lubrication. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance. + Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics. + Ability to read and interpret industrial blueprints. + 2+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience. + 5+ years of preventative maintenance experience. + 3+ years of experience repairing conveyors, valves, and motors. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working with conveyors and pumps. + Mechanical troubleshooting proficiency. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a rewarding career with opportunities for growth and development.
