Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to work on food production equipment. The role involves maintaining and repairing packaging machines, ovens, freezers, sensors, and VFDs. The position requires flexibility to work weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair food production equipment including packaging machines, ovens, and freezers.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with sensors and VFDs.Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair up to 270v, with a preference for 480v.Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment operates efficiently.Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

Essential Skills

Mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting skills.Experience with PLC troubleshooting.Ability to perform preventive maintenance.Proficiency in reading blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.Experience repairing conveyors, ovens, or freezers.Knowledge of electrical tools and mechanically inclined.Spanish speaking is a plus.Experience in GMP or food manufacturing maintenance is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $62400.00/yr.
