Principal Accountabilities 

Compliance with all safety and food safety, and HR programs, policies, and regulationsAbility to work around and with raw meatAbility to work in cold temperatures (between 33-36 degrees)Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50lbsAbility to wear required personal protective equipmentAbility to work in a repetitive and fast paced environment

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to read, write, and speak English
2 years prior industrial maintenance experience or equivalent of technical degree

Preferred Qualifications

Bi – Lingual (English/Spanish)
Prior industrial food and beverage industry work experience
Prior industrial utility maintenance experience
Knowledge of Compressed Air systems, Ammonia Refrigeration, and Ludell hot water systems
CARO/CIRO qualification
AEI Experience
Industrial/Class III Wastewater licenses  
Previous Cargill experience
Work history in the past 12 months
