Pay Rate: $37/hour
Shift: 1st Shift

What You’ll Be Doing:

Troubleshoot, inspect, install, and repair process line equipment Perform regular preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, etc.) to reduce downtime Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions Conduct minor building maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs Support new equipment installations Follow safety procedures and potentially train other associates on maintenance best practices

What You’ll Need:

Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills Manual dexterity and proficiency with tools and equipment Ability to work collaboratively with other team members Solid understanding of safety protocols
