Position: Maintenance 

Shift: All shifts available 
Monday-Friday 2pm-10:00pm or 3rd shift 

Pay: up to 36/hr Based off experience- with a $1 shift diff.

What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment. Your skills will keep automated machines and process controls running smoothly and support preventative maintenance activities for plant machinery and building systems. Your expertise will directly impact production efficiency and safety.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics, including gears, belts, bearings, couplings, and drive lines Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, PLC ladder logic, and equipment manuals Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, valves, and solenoids Basic welding and fabrication skills At least 1+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and effectively under minimal supervision

Nice to Have Skills:

Familiarity with automatic machines and process control systems Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and basic electrical repair Experience with advanced PLC programming and troubleshooting Additional certifications in industrial maintenance or electrical technology

Preferred Education and Experience:

Graduates of industrial, electrical, or related technical programs are preferred Minimum of 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing setting

Other Requirements:

Ability to work all scheduled shifts, including potential weekend or overtime as needed Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards
