Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair, with a focus on hydraulics and pneumatics. You will also engage in blueprint and schematic reading, PLC troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair focusing on hydraulics and pneumatics (60%).Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repair (40%).Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.Troubleshoot and repair PLCs to maintain system functionality.Execute preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime.

Essential Skills

At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.Proficiency in handling 480 volt 3 phase electrical systems.Expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics.Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and knowledge of programmable logic controllers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $83200.00/yr.
