Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who is familiar with instrumentation devices such as thermocouples, motor tachometers, temperature controllers, and pressure transducers. The role involves installing electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices according to diagrams and schematics. Proficiency in using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and machine-specific instrumentation to ensure proper operation of equipment is essential. Experience with 480v systems and the ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and adjust electrical and mechanical equipment, instrumentation devices, and related information systems is required.
Responsibilities
Install electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices according to diagrams and schematics.Utilize multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and machine-specific instrumentation to ensure equipment operates correctly.Inspect, troubleshoot, and adjust electrical and mechanical equipment, instrumentation devices, and information systems.Perform maintenance on 480v systems, including installing and replacing components.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the extrusion industry.Knowledge of DC motors, drives, and heater circuits.Experience in heater controls.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, where wearing a hair net and beard net is required. You must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide your own tools.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $78272.00/yr.
