**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to carry out necessary repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. This role involves ensuring safety compliance, managing equipment, responding to emergencies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities. Responsibilities + Carry out necessary repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. + Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe environment for all occupants. + Maintain and repair building equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. + Be available for emergency repairs or issues that may arise outside of normal working hours. + Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks and ensure their work meets the building’s standards. + Keep detailed logs of all maintenance and repair work for future reference and budgeting purposes. + Implement preventive maintenance measures to avoid potential issues and ensure the longevity of the building’s systems and structures. + Work closely with the building management team to prioritize maintenance tasks and projects. + Stay updated with the latest best practices in building maintenance and apply them as necessary. Essential Skills + Experience in maintenance technician roles, with a focus on preventive maintenance. + Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. + Ability to manage and repair building equipment and tools. + Capability to respond to emergency repairs outside of normal working hours. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with residential plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. + Familiarity with hand and power tools. + Willingness to engage in continual learning and training.
