Hiring Maintenance Technicians

Pay: $33.25/hour

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Shifts:

4:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat)6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat)3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat)6:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat)

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to support operations during a 5-month period covering employee leaves of absence. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team with potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment (e.g., conveyors)Perform preventative maintenance routines and document proceduresConduct battery changes and battery preventive maintenanceLog equipment downtime and complete PM sheetsApply basic electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipmentIdentify and resolve equipment issues efficientlyManage and track inventory, including spare parts

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial or distribution environmentWillingness to work any of the shifts listed belowStrong troubleshooting skills and basic electrical knowledge

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.25 - $33.25/hr.
