Job Description Insight Global is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the day-to-day upkeep of our clients campus, which includes residential and communal facilities. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in nursing homes, apartments, or hotel environments, and who thrives in a mission-driven setting. Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: -Morning garbage and recycling collection across campus. -Inspect and maintain pumps, motors, and address leaks. -Respond to maintenance tickets using computer-based tracking systems. -Drive company vehicle and golf cart for on-campus tasks. General Maintenance: -Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs. -Handle drywall patching, painting, and general facility upkeep. -Execute preventative maintenance schedules and assist in their implementation. Customer Service: - Interact professionally with sisters, staff, and tenants. - Maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor in a religious environment. Skills and Requirements Prior experience in a nursing home, apartment complex, or hotel setting. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and general repairs. Proficiency in drywall repair and painting. Basic computer skills for ticket tracking and reporting. Valid driver’s license required; must be comfortable driving company vehicles. Ability to work independently and spend most of the time on campus. Experience working in a religious or mission-based environment. Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs.
