Maintenance Technician

Adecco is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician on behalf of our client, a well-established property management company! You’ll be responsible for ensuring the functionality, appearance, and safety of apartment units and common areas within the property.
**Pay Rate:** $20-22/hr
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
**Type:** Contract to hire
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Respond to apartment service requests promptly and professionally
+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
+ Manage the make-ready process for unit turnovers with efficiency and attention to detail
+ Perform general upkeep including grounds maintenance, snow removal, and cleaning of common areas
+ Execute preventative maintenance programs to preserve building systems
+ Ensure compliance with all safety, building, and county codes
**Qualifications:**
+ 3–5+ years of general maintenance or facilities experience
+ Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
+ Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting skills
+ Strong customer service skills and effective communication
+ Physically able to lift 25–50 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying conditions
+ High school diploma or equivalent required

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
