**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with both reactionary and proactive maintenance, as well as the installation of new equipment. The role involves working on a variety of systems, including injection molding machines, conveyor systems, and robotics. Responsibilities + Perform maintenance on injection molding machines. + Conduct conveyor maintenance, repairs, and complete belt replacements. + Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps and hoses. + Utilize ladder logic for PLC troubleshooting. + Repair and maintain six-axis robotics. + Adhere to LOTO procedures. + Conduct electrical maintenance, including 480V systems, schematic reading, rewiring, and pulling wire. + Perform pneumatic system maintenance, including filter replacement, leak checks, and cylinder repairs. + Maintain chiller and air dryer systems. + Conduct welding and fabrication tasks. Work Environment The position involves working night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, from 7pm to 7am. The work environment is non-climate controlled, hot, and loud, with a noticeable hot plastic smell. The dress code is casual but specific, allowing t-shirts and hoodies without strings, with restrictions on revealing clothing. Jeans, cargo shorts, and sweatpants are acceptable, while leggings and spandex are not. Closed-toe shoes with rubber soles are required, and jewelry should be minimal and non-dangling. Tattoos and hair color are acceptable as long as they are not offensive. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bardstown, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr.
