**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician**
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing hydraulic presses, Fanuc robots, various assembly machines, conveyor lines, and air handling equipment. You will also be involved in general building maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
+ Perform maintenance on hydraulic presses, Fanuc robots, assembly machines, conveyor lines, and air handling equipment.
+ Maintain pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, gears, drives, AC/DC systems, pumps, gearboxes, motor controls, electronic systems, light systems, rigging, and other secondary equipment.
+ Conduct general building maintenance on boilers, HVAC units, plumbing, and light ballast.
+ Perform MIG and Stick welding.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Troubleshoot electrical systems ranging from 24V AC/DC up to 480V single-phase and three-phase.
+ Troubleshoot PLC systems.
+ Manage breakdowns via work orders through a CMMS system and follow a PM schedule.
+ Monitor equipment performance and ensure continuous operation of production lines.
+ Install new equipment as required.
Essential Skills
+ At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ Proficiency in hydraulics and/or industrial electricity (480V, 3-phase, PLCs, sensors, VFDs).
+ Experience with 24V, 110V, and 480V electrical systems.
+ Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
+ Must own personal tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in PLC troubleshooting.
+ ARC Flash experience or electrical certifications.
+ Welding skills.
+ Experience with robotics or automation.
+ Experience in automotive supply.
+ Boiler license or steam generating experience is a plus.

Work Environment
This position is a direct hire for a union facility with a UAW membership. Work is available on the 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10 PM. The environment is a hot automotive factory with some older machinery, but the company is actively investing in expansion and equipment updates. Employees are expected to work most Saturdays, with a maximum of four mandatory shifts per month. The facility has an epoxy smell similar to paint, and a yearly safety shoe allowance is provided. Employees receive free prescription safety glasses.

This is a Permanent position based out of NORTH BALTIMORE, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $72051.20 - $74131.20/yr.
• set pay increases with union - Increase Sept 2025: $40.35 AND Increase Sept 2026: $42.37
• Vacation time is really good - take into account yrs experience in the field not just at company (extra 2 weeks on top of below if they hold a journeyman card)
• 8 years experience = 3 weeks vacation
• 12 years experience = 3 weeks and 2 days vacation
• 16 years experience = 4 weeks vacation
• 20 years experience = 4 weeks and 3 days vacation
• 25 years experience = 5 weeks vacation
• Tool allowance of $400/yr
