Job Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Technician with experience in industrial maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
Job Requirements:
Must pass Drug Test and Background Check
Compliance with ITAR requirements; must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder
Education College or technical degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred; High school diploma or equivalent plus 3+ years industrial maintenance experience required
Willingness to work overtime or any shift, including weekends
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience of computer applications including Microsoft Office and databasesJob Responsibilities:
Implement the facilities preventative maintenance program
Conduct scheduled inspections of fluid levels, water flows, quench oils, filters, washer soap and similar items; notify supervisor of issues as needed
Perform corrective actions for out-of-specification conditions as directed by supervisor
Assist in analytical troubleshooting of issues to maintain equipment, facilities and vehicles
Accurately record all completed maintenance, modifications, and repairs
Maintain organized shop copies of manuals and blueprints; provide others with updated information as required
Suggest changes for improved efficiency, quality, and safety at the plant
Assist in maintaining the inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts
Physical/Mental Demands:
Ability to work at elevated heights and in confined spaces
Capacity to perform physical tasks such as bending, pulling, stooping etc.
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
