Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our leading Facilities Management clients and support a Law Office in the San Francisco area. What You’ll Do: - Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs within office spaces. - Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. - Assist with the installation and modification of furniture, office table and chairs and additional indoor furnishings - Resetting and cleaning of shared spaces, meeting rooms, conference areas and hotel desks. Furniture reset, delivering temporary equipment and supplies. - Conduct building walkarounds to develop a comprehensive understanding of the portfolio buildings, their layouts, functions, and complexities - Investigate faults, identify causes and effect remedies. - Directly complete minor repairs, painting and installations where required. - Liaise with building engineer team and vendors to escort and ensure completion of building systems work with in tenanted space. - Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed. - Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion. - Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. - Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. - Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner. - Ensure corrective / repair works are carried out in accordance with current regulations - Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail. - Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. Skills and Requirements - 4+ years of experience working in a maintenance role - Experience working in maintenance/repairs for a commercial site - Strong experience in a client-facing role and ability to build customer relationships - Vendor Management experience - Experience working - Demonstrated ability to work independently in environments without structured work order systems, effectively managing personal workflow, priorities, and scheduling. - Experience working with Microsoft Office platforms
