Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on CNC machines including mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment

Monitor and maintain coolant levels on machines

Apply lubricants and perform routine servicing to ensure machine longevity

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and operational issues

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

Follow established safety protocols and procedures during all maintenance tasks

Support overall equipment reliability and uptime through preventative maintenance

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Knowledge of CNC machine maintenance and repair (mills, lathes, multi-axis machines)

Experience monitoring coolant levels and applying lubricants on machines

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with preventative maintenance best practices

Experience with machine performance documentation and reporting

Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial equipment maintenance



Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
