Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standardsPerform maintenance of electrical systemsAssist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessaryPerforms eguipment clean-outs and special sanitation as requiredPerforms minor and major equipment adjustments, preventive maintenance and repairs as directedMaintenance Technician Qualifications:
Proven experience as a maintenance technicianBasic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systemsManuel dexterity and problem solving skillsGood physical condition and strength with willingness to work overtimeHigh school diploma or equivalentCertificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plusCertified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
