Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational efficiency of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

Location: Auburndale, FL

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour

Shift: 3rd / Night

What's the Job?

Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Assist in repairs and preventative maintenance to HVAC and industrial refrigeration systems. Utilize the SAP system to prepare work repairs and maintain accurate records. Conduct general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall patching, and ceiling tile replacement. Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

What's Needed?

3-5 years of experience in maintenance roles. Strong electrical skills, including the ability to work on 480, 277, and 220 volt systems. Proficiency in plumbing tasks such as running drain lines and replacing faucet packings. HVAC knowledge, including the ability to replace belts and monitor building temperatures. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work in various temperature environments.
