**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to perform maintenance tasks, ensuring machinery and equipment are in excellent working condition. **Responsibilities** + Follow all safety rules and practices. + Perform preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, and repositioning components. + Conduct emergency/breakdown maintenance to support plant operations. + Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other necessary repairs and installations. + Maintain clean and organized work areas. + Accurately prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork. + Troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. + Cross-train in other technical areas to enhance capabilities. + Work alternative shifts, weekends, and overtime as required. + Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. **Essential Skills** + At least 5-7 years of experience in packaging, plastic, or food manufacturing. + Experience troubleshooting PLC's and electrical systems. + Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and repair. + Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints. + Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, three-phase electrical systems, mechanical, and electrical repair. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school degree preferred. + Two years of work experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment with at least one year with the same employer. + Manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry is highly desirable. **Why Work Here?** We embrace diversity and encourage our employees to bring their unique talents and creativity to our team.
