ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Mechanic will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance repair work. They are responsible for ensuring the safe operation of the equipment at the plant.
Determine the cause of mechanical breakdowns and return equipment to proper operating conditionPerform electrical troubleshooting on AC & DC motor drives, distribution panels, solenoids, relayed and other related devicesMake necessary adjustments to equipmentParticipate in PM programSupports & complies with safety & environmental guidelinesQualifications Prior experience working in a manufacturing environmentBasic manufacturing wiring experienceKnowledge of technical aspects of electrical tradeWelding skillsCarpentry skillsStrong mechanical knowledgeAbility to troubleshoot & solve problemsBasic math skillsGood English language skillsNo fear of heights Regularly required to stand, walk and communicateRegularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.Regularly required to stretch and bendFrequently climb towers up to 35 feet highRegularly required to climb or balanceRegularly required to stoop, kneel or crouchStrong motor skills Additional Info
