Maintenance Technician

Volt is immediately hiring for Maintenance Technicians in Meriden, CT.

 

As a Maintenance Tech you will:

Solid hands-on experience with industrial maintenance (mechanical or electrical depending on role).

Ability to work independently and safely.

Familiarity with preventive/predictive maintenance.

Basic PC skills (email, maintenance tracking systems).

Flexibility for overtime when needed.

 

This is a temp to perm opportunity.

 

The ideal maintenance technician candidate will have: 

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain drive controls, PLCs, field devices, network systems, ultrasonic welders, pumps, HVAC, and utilities. Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and basic fabrication/welding.

Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, boilers, compressors, HVAC, and web handling systems. Perform machining, rigging/millwright tasks, and preventive/predictive maintenance.

 

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
