Our client, in Manufacturing & Production is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join their team. The ideal candidates will have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in refrigeration, electrical & mechanical systems in a food & beverage environment to be considered. 

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Landover, Maryland 

Pay Range: $41.68 hourly

 

What’s the Job?

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) on machinery and facility systems, including processing equipment, refrigeration systems, and utilities. Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize production downtime. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and determine appropriate corrective actions.

What’s Needed?

High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification in industrial maintenance preferred. Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems. Must have own tools to perform daily work  Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals. Familiarity with welding, fabrication, plumbing, and HVAC is a plus.
