The Bartlett Tree Research Laboratory (Charlotte, NC) is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Facilities & Systems team. This position entails working with a variety of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems situated within multiple buildings and across the grounds of a 350-plus-acre property.

Responsibilities PRIMARY DUTIESRepair/replacement of light bulbs, light fixtures, receptacles, and switches on various electrical systems.Maintenance of sinks, faucets, and water closets on various plumbing systems.Installation and repair of new and existing irrigation systems.Maintenance of fencing and automatic gate controls.Maintenance of multiple heating and air conditioning systems.Maintenance of multiple water wells.Small engine operation and repair.   MISCELLANEOUS DUTIESResponsible for carrying out other duties as assigned by the crew leader or designated supervisor or local managerThis job description represents an overview of what is considered the essential functions required for the position.
