Our client, a leading residential community management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the upkeep and improvement of the community. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Durham, NC

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: Monday- Friday

What's the Job?

Replace faucets and toilets, diagnose and repair leaks, and operate sewer augers. Replace outlets and light fixtures, understand GFCIs, breakers, and basic wiring. Mow lawns, weed, plant flowers, pick up trash, and maintain overall property appearance. Perform clean-outs and light rehab work to prepare units for new residents. Complete maintenance requests efficiently and independently.

What's Needed?

2–3 years of general labor experience (e.g., landscaping, property maintenance). 1–2 years of basic residential plumbing experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Basic technology skills and a valid driver’s license. Maintenance skills will be tested for accuracy.
