Duties
Assemble machinery following precise technical guidelinesTroubleshooting, maintaining and servicing of all operations equipment i.e. Industrial Shrink rappers, Industrial Shredders and recording all incidence.Ensuring operations on-line targets are met by doing proactive work on the machines and keep the machine in the most efficient way for production;Perform machine testing, calibration, and quality assurance before client deliveryKeep detailed records of service activities, including repairs and parts usedOffer technical guidance and troubleshooting support to machine operators as needed.Respond to maintenance requests by operators.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.Conduct health and safety checks to ensure the machines are safe to use;Follow all safety protocols and adhere to workshop regulationsOther activities deemed necessary;Shift work requiredBe on standby when requiredExecute project given to youAssist with the training of machine operators on the use of the machine and health and safety techniques.Collaborate with production team members in relation to maintenance of industrial shredders, Industrial shrink rappers etcEducation
S2, NTC4 or applicable trade test qualification or equivalentExperience
3 – 5 years technical background with experience in repairing, installing and calibrating data card machines, shrink rap machines etcExperience as an electrician (preferable)Mechanical experience (preferable /optionalProduction experience essentialKnowledge
Good computer skills;Good verbal and written communication skills;Basic administration skills.Knowledge industrial machine operation and maintenance best practicesAbility
Ability to work harmoniously with all levels of employees.Work under pressure.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solvingLanguage
