Maintenance Technician – Night Shift (Sikeston, MO)
Pay: $27.71–$31.35/hr + $0.17 shift premium
Rate increases to $28.68–$32.45/hr in 2026 per union contract
Schedule: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM | 4 days on, 4 days off | Every other weekend required

Direct report to Maintenance Manager and Automation Coordinator
Job ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production machinery, including presses, sealers, air systems, and scrap systems
Execute changeovers, die work, and adjustments to remedy nonconforming items
Troubleshoot, repair, and install motors, relays, valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, and various components
Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions
Lead or support autonomous maintenance (AM) and continuous improvement efforts
Document and perform preventative maintenance checks
Work safely and adhere to all plant policies and procedures
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required
Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Basic knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
Must be willing to work night shift, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
