**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for all electrical repair and maintenance of process and building equipment, including pumps, temperature controllers, and mechanical equipment. The role involves assisting in the completion, implementation, and management of the Preventative Maintenance Program, performing preventative maintenance on all machines and building equipment according to the program guidelines. Additionally, you will test and repair problems on high and low voltage electrical and electronic circuits and systems. 1st shift - 6am to 2:30pm **Responsibilities** + Perform electrical repair and maintenance of process and building equipment. + Assist in the management of the Preventative Maintenance Program. + Conduct preventative maintenance on machines and equipment. + Test and repair high and low voltage electrical and electronic circuits. + Read, interpret, modify, and implement technical information from manuals, electrical drawings, blueprints, P&IDs, and maintenance procedures. + Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental procedures and policies. **Essential Skills** + Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills. + Extensive knowledge of power systems, motors, switch gears, electrical panels, and lighting systems. + Experience using power tools and equipment. + Knowledge and experience with motor control. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, blueprint, PLC troubleshooting. + Industrial welding, mechanical HVAC, plumbing, fabrication skills. + Experience with 3-phase motors, relays, PLC, troubleshooting, repair, HVAC. **Work Environment** The work environment consists of six different buildings where you must have your own tools, with a designated area to securely lock them up.
