This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive hourly pay and potential for overtime. **Pay Range:** $28 - $35/hour **Employment Type** : Direct Hire **Shift:** Must be able to work 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. + Conduct inspections to identify potential facility or equipment issues. + Troubleshoot and repair machinery used in daily production operations. + Assist with facility improvements, construction, and small renovation projects. + Maintain accurate inventory of maintenance tools, parts, and supplies. + Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. + Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a safe working environment. + Support housekeeping efforts to ensure facilities remain clean and organized. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Prior experience in a food, beverage, or pet care manufacturing facility. + Familiarity with preventive maintenance tools and techniques. + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs. + Strong team player with solid communication and time management skills. + Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy equipment or tools when required. _This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
