Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/ . **Responsibilities:** + Hours: Monday- Friday with possible Emergency work on nights and weekends (expect 8 hours daily) + Perform minor and major repairs of all buildings and equipment. + Major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed maintenance workers. + Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspect belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, grease bearings, and seals; and repair or replace broken parts. + Clean and inspect the boiler; treat water with proper chemicals. + Calibrate and repair pneumatic systems. + Replace broken windows; repair doors, door locks, and closets; install window blinds. + Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures. + May operate a computer that controls and monitors mechanical equipment and utility systems. + Install electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services, wiring during remodeling projects; replace and repair wiring as needed. + Repair electrical equipment and control circuits; replace faulty electrical switches; repair refrigeration equipment. + May repair electrical locks and control panels to maintain building security. + Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required. + Assist with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repair plaster and drywall; paint building structures. + Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures. + May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts, and order parts as needed. **Qualifications:** + 2+ years of related experiences + Current/Active related degrees or training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, & painting + Install, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems. + Clean, calibrate, and service equipment to ensure optimal performance. + Operate, inspect, and maintain refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, humidification, and both high- and low-pressure boiler systems. + Conduct routine maintenance and system inspections to prevent issues. + Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner. + Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations. + Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering strong client relationships. + Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. + Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures. + Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures. + Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality. + Plan and schedule repairs. + Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. + Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry. and other minor repairs + Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation + Prior experience in the residential field is preferred + Position may require a drug screen TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
