Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, as well as installing and maintaining facilities. This includes work on electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing fixtures, along with general facilities maintenance.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine centers.Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment.Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air compressors.Maintain and/or modify plant electrical distribution and lighting systems.Conduct facilities maintenance projects for plumbing, roof repairs, doors, and security.Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment.Inspect and maintain overhead cranes and jib cranes.Make repairs to electrical hand tools.Setup and maintain Preventative Maintenance Schedule.Perform general maintenance tasks, including general carpentry, landscaping, and painting.Essential SkillsProficiency in electrical troubleshooting and electromechanical systems.Ability to read and understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and drawings.2-3 years of related maintenance experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred education: Associates in Electromechanical, Journeyman status, or related field.Certification to operate Power Industrial Trucks.Valid driver's license.Ability to work independently or in a team environment.Availability for on-call work, including weekends and holidays.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Employees may occasionally be exposed to wet and humid conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, and work near moving mechanical parts or in high places. There is frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles and a risk of electrical shock.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.

Vision Reimbursement: Effective 30 days from your first day of employment
Life and AD&D: Effective 30 days from your first day of employment
Personal Days: Effective immediately, you are eligible for three (3) personal days. Unused personal days can be
carried over year to year up to a maximum of 15 days. Any hours earned in excess of 15 days are
paid out annually.
Holidays: We provide ten (10) paid holidays per year.
401k Retirement Plan: You are eligible to participate in the 401k plan upon completion of 30
days of eligible service. We offer a traditional pre-tax 401k plan as well as a Roth 401k plan.
compensation under the Roth 401k plan.
401k Employer Match: If you make salary deferrals to the plan, the Company will make a safe
harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of the amount you contribute up to 4%.
