Shawnee, Oklahoma | Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting on production equipment and systems.
Diagnose and repair issues using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and test equipment.
Maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot and program PLCs (preferred but not required).
Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
Work with metal production machinery, including heaters, boilers, chillers, and compressors.
Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts.
What We’re Looking For
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming is a plus.
Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
Work Schedule
Training: 6–8 weeks on 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Post-Training: Transition to 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 11:30 PM) or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Saturdays may be required based on production needs.

The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $26.50/hr.
