Join a dynamic team where your skills in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, or packaging industries will be highly valued. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various equipment to ensure smooth operations.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair equipment such as case packers, case sealers, filler machines, wrappers, labelers, and palletizers.Work with electrical systems, including 480VAC and 24VDC power.Operate and maintain the Treated Water Reverse Osmosis (RO) System.Repair and maintain air dryers, cappers, blenders, case coders, and nitrogen injection systems.Troubleshoot, program, and install variable frequency drives (VFD).Essential SkillsElectrical troubleshootingExperience with RO system, UV system, and Siligan Vision systemsMachine maintenance on fillers, line seamers, x-ray systems, case coders, and labelersAseptic fillers experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in pneumatics and industrial machine maintenanceExperience with PLC troubleshooting and steam equipmentFamiliarity with high-speed machinery and packaging machinesPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $91520.00/yr.
