Maintenance Technician Job ID 8655 Posted 21-Jul-2025 Areas of Interest Engineering/Maintenance Location(s) Singapore - Singapore **About the Role:** As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **What You’ll Do:** + Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. + Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. + Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. + Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion. + Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. + Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner. + Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail. + Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. **What You'll Need :** + NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering + Relevance experience within facilities management + Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. + Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. + Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. + Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
