**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Our roles are available for both 1st and 2nd shifts, with competitive pay based on experience. We are looking for individuals with significant experience in PLC and instrumentation and an aptitude for handling manufacturing machinery. **Responsibilities** + Perform general maintenance and setup of machinery and packaging lines in a high-speed manufacturing environment. + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair packaging equipment. + Conduct setups and adjustments on machinery or equipment, and operate machinery and equipment efficiently. + Replace motors and gearboxes as required. + Perform quality checks on machinery and products to ensure they meet company standards. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment. + Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing packaging equipment. + Minimum 2 years of experience in performing setups and adjustments on machinery or equipment. + Experience in unwiring/rewiring motors for repair or replacement. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in high-volume production lines is preferred. + Basic electrical knowledge is an advantage. + Experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values expertise and offers growth opportunities within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
