**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a tenured Maintenance Technician with well-rounded electrical and hydraulic experience, and a background in manufacturing. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to troubleshoot hydraulic circuit boards and diagnose issues related to injection molding and blow molding processes. While PLC troubleshooting is highly valued, it is not a strict requirement. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and must demonstrate leadership potential as there are opportunities for promotion. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical (480v), and hydraulic issues on industrial or manufacturing equipment. + Work off of 480 voltage and with 3-phase circuits. + Rotate between three different machine groups regularly. + Maintain a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate a resourceful and problem-solving mentality. **Essential Skills** + 8+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician. + Strong electrical troubleshooting/repair skills, especially with 480v and 3-phase wiring. + Experience with controls, 24v signals, relays, and tracing circuits. + Hydraulic diagnosing skills, including reading prints, troubleshooting/rebuilding cylinders, and cleaning/reinstalling valves. + Basic PLC knowledge. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with injection or blow mold machine maintenance. + Comfortable reading and troubleshooting contactors and hydraulics. + Knowledge of transformers, contactors, motors, or starters. + Understanding of electrical grounding, heating coils, and Home's Law. + Experience reading ladder logic and wiring in parallel. + Familiarity with Fanuc robot programs. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a family-like atmosphere that values employee engagement through monthly events such as picnics and pizza parties.
