**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a small facility, where you will perform industrial maintenance on rewinders and press machines. This role involves both mechanical and electrical repairs, including rewiring 3-phase motors, maintaining hydraulics/ pneumatics, and maintaining production machinery. **Responsibilities** + Perform industrial maintenance on rewinders and press machines. + Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs, including rewiring 3-phase motors. + Execute welding and fabrication tasks. + Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery. + Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out effectively. + Interpret and work with schematics. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance. + 3+ years of experience troubleshooting industrial machinery. + 3+ years of electrical troubleshooting and repair experience, ranging from 120v to 480v. + 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience. + Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical maintenance. + Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in machining and fabrication. + Strong troubleshooting skills for both electrical and mechanical issues. **Work Environment** The work environment is non-climate controlled, requiring adaptability to varying temperatures.
