Job Description
We are seeking skilled Multicraft Maintenance Technicians to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Carthage, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of industrial machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on industrial machinery.Troubleshoot and repair extrusion presses, hydraulics, gear boxes, bearings, furnaces, gas ovens, anodizing equipment, painting equipment, and press machines.Read and understand blueprints and schematics.Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery.Perform welding tasks as needed.Handle pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Troubleshoot PLCs and 3-phase electrical systems.Maintain and repair motors and other electrical components.Essential SkillsMechanical troubleshootingElectrical troubleshootingIndustrial maintenancePreventive maintenanceAbility to read and understand blueprints and schematicsExperience with hydraulics and pneumaticsWeldingPLC troubleshooting3-phase electrical systemsMaintenance repairAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with extrusion presses and various industrial machineryCapability to perform welding tasksUnderstanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systemsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
The position operates on a nightshift schedule from 6:30pm to 6:30am, following a 3 on 3 off shift pattern. The work environment is heavy industrial, providing a robust setting for skilled technicians.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carthage, Tennessee.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
