Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to respond to production floor maintenance calls and ensure continuous production by performing assigned maintenance tasks. This role involves working with a variety of equipment and requires strong problem-solving skills and mechanical understanding.

ResponsibilitiesRespond to production floor maintenance calls from machine operators.Perform assigned maintenance tasks and machine breakdown tasks to ensure continuous production.Attend and participate in crew transition meetings and daily transition meetings with other Maintenance Technicians.Read blueprints, instruction manuals, and mechanical drawings.Use measuring instruments such as calipers and multimeters.Rework and rebuild mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Perform electrical troubleshooting on 480 volt 3 phase systems, including blown fuses and rewiring motors under qualified supervision.Set up and operate all types of production equipment and machine tools, including lathes, mills, and welders, to make or rework required machine parts.Perform basic PLC troubleshooting.Essential SkillsExperience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Proficiency in preventive maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting and work with PLC control systems.Experience with 3 phase electrical systems.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
