Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join one of our largest Pharmaceutical clients 5x/week onsite in Rensselaer, NY. This individual will be joining the Manufacturing Technical Services team which manages the start-up phases of various pieces of equipment within new facilities across the business. This team is currently responsible for the new fill/finish facility and is managing the packing and process development of the line. This individual will be tied to the Packing Engineer on the team, focused on the piece of equipment responsible for packaging the physical product. This individual will be dealing with many unique and new pieces of equipment being bought from external vendors and brought onsite they will be expected to work closely with external vendors to ensure all pieces of packing equipment are installed, commissioned and validated properly for use so excellent soft skills are also a must. They will be utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management tools on a daily basis and interacting with automated systems like Rockwell so a familiarity or knowledge of automation would be a plus.
