**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a weekend shift position, offering a full 40 hours of pay. This role involves performing preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on flavoring machinery and facility equipment, collaborating with other maintenance mechanics and specialists. The position requires working on various machines including Dry blend, spraying, reactors, extractors, and compounding machines. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as outlined by the company manual. + Repair production equipment using mechanical knowledge and printed repair manuals. + Assist in replacing production equipment. + Maintain a neat and orderly workplace and shop. + Maintain building and grounds to the required standards. + Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements in the operational area. + Maintain inventory of all tools. + Perform other duties as required by management. + Work with GMP, HACCP, Allergen, SSOP, and Safety guidelines. + Handle mechanical and electrical tasks, including working with 480 volts and 3 phase motors. + Perform HVAC tasks within a food processing company. + Ensure attention to detail and quality. + Implement lock out tag out procedures within the food industry. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + Maintenance technician skills + Mechanical and electrical knowledge + Hydraulics and pneumatics expertise + Ability to read blueprints and schematics + Experience with voltages up to 480V + Experience working on single and 3 phase motors **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift repair + Cherry picker repair + Experience in food/flavors industry + Electrical experience + Experience from a HACCP certified facility **Why Work Here?** The company is experiencing growth of 10% each year and offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, dental, vision, and 401K.
