**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join a high-speed converting facility specializing in corrugated boxes. This is a Just In Time facility, meaning high pressure and a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for keeping all equipment operational, with 80% of your work being reactive and 20% preventative. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues from screen to fault. + Maintain high-speed converting equipment such as specialty folders, compression tables, and die cutters. + Ensure minimal equipment downtime in a sheet plant environment. + Handle various mechanical tasks including working with pneumatics, pumps, motors, ink systems, gear systems, drives, calibrations, rollers, conveyors, and strappers. + Change belts and ensure all components are functioning efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Experience in the corrugated industry. + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, particularly with 480 volts. + Understanding of motors and drives. + Knowledge of gear systems and pulleys. + Experience with pneumatics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with controls troubleshooting, especially Siemens, Wiege, and Mitsubishi controls. + PLC troubleshooting skills. + Experience in mechanical tasks, pump control, schematics, and preventive maintenance. + Calibration experience. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a 401k match of 4% and competitive benefits costing around $150 per week for family coverage. You must be available to work every other Saturday if needed. Current shifts include 10pm-7am Monday-Friday and 7pm-5am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.50/hr.
