Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and service assigned manufacturing-related equipment throughout our facility. The role involves performing a wide array of skilled tasks across multiple functions, ensuring adherence to standard procedures, internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and repair assigned equipment in accordance with standard procedures. + Perform preventive maintenance across multiple functions and operations. + Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, replace, and maintain mechanical systems including air compressors, air dryers, dehumidifiers, and cooling towers. + Facilitate and accurately follow specific detailed operational instructions and prints for jobs and setup operations. + Administer the preventive maintenance system and provide required reports. + Determine preventive maintenance requirements for new equipment and educate and train equipment operators for routine maintenance. + Maintain a safe and effective work area/environment and use appropriate personal protective and safety equipment. + Support the Facilities Function as needed. + Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may require working nights, weekends, and additional hours as necessary. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in maintenance technician skills. + Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and pneumatics systems. + Experience in preventive maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment. + Ability to read and interpret schematics. + Strong mechanical and electrical system knowledge. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems. + Ability to educate and train equipment operators. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity, providing stability and growth potential.
