**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** + Responsible for maintaining and performing preventive maintenance on baking equipment and conveyor systems + Work with mixing, extruders, refrigeration, proofers, conveyors, boilers, silos, and various industrial machines + Tasks include replacing, rotating, inspecting, and changing parts, connecting power to machines, installing and rewiring motors, and reading blueprints and schematics + Additional responsibilities include moving machinery, performing welding on steel and aluminum materials, running conduit, and electrical wiring to new industrial machines, and fabricating parts using a drill press **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on baking equipment and conveyor systems + Work with various industrial machines, including mixing, extruders, refrigeration, proofers, conveyors, boilers, and silos + Replace, rotate, inspect, and change parts of industrial machines + Connect power to machines, install motors, and rewire motors + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics + Move machinery and equipment using hoists and dollies + Perform welding on steel and aluminum materials + Run conduit and electrical wiring to new industrial machines + Fabricate parts using a drill press, cutting out holes, and making parts **Essential Skills** + Experience troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on automated equipment + Experience with assembly equipment (conveyors) and building industrial equipment + Experience rebuilding 3-phase motors + Ability to troubleshoot and replace motors, gears, and pumps on industrial machinery + Experience troubleshooting PLCs, including drives + Mechanical troubleshooting skills **Shifts** + Openings on multiple shifts **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $68000.00/yr.
