Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a well-rounded Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical and proficiency in electrical systemsThis role involves working with a team of technicians to ensure the continuous operation of plant machinery through proactive and reactive maintenance tasksResponsibilitiesPerform proactive preventive maintenance (PMs) and reactive maintenance on plant machineryUpdate PMs in the computer system throughout the shifttPrioritize and address machine breakdowns immediatelyCollaborate with other technicians to repair machines and maintain productionHandle both simple and complex repairs as part of a teamMaintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace pumps, motors, conveyors, and other mechanical componentsRead blueprints and perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs up to 480VSupport the team in all maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operationsEssential Skills3+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing manufacturing/production equipmentExperience with pumps, conveyors, preventive maintenance, quick tube disconnects for plumbing/pumps, gearboxes, gears, motors, welding,plumbing/piping, drive shafts, sprockets, cams, chains, and oiling/greasing1+ year of experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing manufacturing/production equipmentAbility to read blueprints and troubleshoot PLCs, track and trace electrical issues, and work with voltages up to 480VBasic computer skills for reporting maintenance tasksPositive attitude and a team player mindsetShiftsOpenings on all shifts Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $35.00/hr.
