**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join a dynamic aluminum cast house specializing in processing scrap aluminum into billets and logs for the automotive industry. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be integral in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by installing, inspecting, adjusting, and repairing various equipment, including furnaces, extruders, robotics, saws, palletizers, and yard equipment. Your role will be crucial in meeting safety standards and production needs by swiftly addressing equipment failures. **Responsibilities** + Install, inspect, adjust, and repair equipment such as furnaces, extruders, robotics, saws, palletizers, and yard equipment. + Ensure all safety standards are met. + Respond quickly to equipment failures to meet production needs. **Essential Skills** + Industrial Maintenance Experience + Hydraulic Experience + Electrical Troubleshooting Experience, including sensors, fuses, 480v, and 3-phase + Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics + High School Diploma **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + PLC Experience + Robotics Experience + Foundry Experience + Own tooling, including hand and power tools **Why Work Here** Employees enjoy significant bonus potential with opportunities to earn extra income frequently throughout the year.
