**Job Description** **:**
We are seeking a **skilled Maintenance Technician** to perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on plant equipment. This role involves **preventative, predictive** , and **routine maintenance** tasks, focusing on **electrical, electromechanical, robotics, and controls systems.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
-Perform advanced maintenance on **AC/DC control circuitry, PLCs, microprocessor controls, power distribution systems, and more.**
-Troubleshoot and repair **electrical, electromechanical, robotics, and controls failures.**
-Conduct **minor mechanical adjustments** and equipment/part replacements.
**Required Qualifications** **:**
-Proficiency in reading and interpreting **machine manuals, electrical blueprints, and process control diagrams.**
-Experience with **ladder logic, 480V electric motor wiring, and 120V/24V DC motor control circuits.**
-Skilled in programming and troubleshooting **VFDs, PLCs, and HMIs.**
-Knowledge of **RS Logix, C Logix, and SLC/Micro Logix** programming platforms.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $72800.00/yr.
